We are Polaris
Alfonso started the company back in the Spring of 2016. Along with his wife Maria, they embarked on this journey.
In 2018 they added a new member to their team, Eddie, who has been an essential part of the company.
Together, they are the magic behind the work that you see.
Alfonso, Owner
Alfonso is the owner of Polaris. He is a window and vinyl film installer. He is second generation tinter as he was born into the trade. His family has been tinting for over 30 years so naturally, his interest in tinting grew. He has over 12 years experience and believes in offering honest prices, skilled labor and quality films. During his spare time you can find Alfonso drumming or playing super smash bros. Dragon Ball is his life, more than his wife.
Maria, Office Manager
Maria was born and raised in LA. As the oldest of six siblings, she learned to be independent at a very young age. After HS she left home to pursue a higher education. She attended UC Merced and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. She is a die hard Dodgers fan, a wife, and a mother to 4 fur babies. At Polaris, she is a tinter, wrap installer, and the office manager.
Eddie, Shop Manager
Eddie graduated HS in 2017 and one year later enrolled in a community college. During that time, his curiosity for tinting sparked. No one pushed it on him or forced it on him. It really was just a natural interest that grew in him during his college days. Although he was a full time student at the time, he set his mind on perfecting the trade. That is when he came to Polaris. He has been part of the team since the Summer of 2018 in where he says they have helped him develop his tinting skills.
